I also find it strange that the guy your fishing with has caught only trout I know when I fish I catch trout in basically the same areas I catch reds like you were in fact I think you were 2 for 2 but I know this you were lucky because you should of been fishing in my area I’ll show you wind I was fishing in wind protective areas where there was about 3 to 4 ft whitecap waves just on the otherside of the small grass islands I was fishing but of coarse I don’t and haven’t fished in a yak since about 2014 because in 2013 when I bought my skiff the area I used to fish in with my yak was no longer fishable on acct of it being the second area of florida besides mosquito lagoon that has no tides and is completely landlocked its called guana reserviour but now it’s very hard to get to fish because they drain it so early in the year to kill the folage for the bird watchers anyways its a shame they drain it to a point of being unfishable because the reds and trout in that place get very big lots of gator trout a yakers dream considering there are no todes to deal with and no oysters as well only lots and lots of grassy points as well as small cuts and channels and lately here in jacksonville the wind has been non stop very frustrating to try and control my boat or a yak anyways thanks for the video and all you do😀👍
