There isn’t as much structure as this under the skyway pier (at least not that I’ve seen), but there still is debris down there that hold some fish. The key is to find the zones with the most structure… for that, I use weedless jigs that I can bounce along the bottom to feel for anything unique while still having good odds of catching fish.

One would be soaked in Dr. Juice and the other without. I want to see if the stuff truly makes a difference. You would have to do this test 5-10 times to see if there was really a difference.
