Tackle Testers Program Details & Info
Also – ONLY Insider Members are eligible to participate/be Tackle Testers.
If you’re an Insider Club members, all you need to do is keep an eye out for our email announcement about the Tackle Tester offer (this typically goes out in the 2nd or 3rd week of each month).
If you’re not a member and want to take part in the Tackle Tester Program, then you need to join the Insider Club today.

Glad I joined! Received my free gift pack with Slam Shady 2.0 and The Prawn 3.5 naturals. Almost instantly landed a mangrove snapper and blue fish on the Prawn and shortly after a jack on the Slam Shady. All this without leaving the dock. Can’t wait to hit the flats!
Caught a 16 pound wahoo Monday fishing off Boynton Beach inlet! Using a horse ballyhoo and green and yellow chubby lure!
Got the Alewife slam shady in the water today. First cast caught a 14.5 trout. First time Ive had luck with artificial. Will keep trying only got 2 trout on it today.
Got the Alewife paddle tail for the monthly test. I paired it with a 3/0 1/8 oz helix hook.
Had excellent results this afternoon on schooly trout, caught 25 to 30. Can’t wait to try it again to see if works as well as It did today. I’m new to the site so not sure where we are supposed to post the results.

Hey, I joined the club a couple days ago and I have not received my tackle tester email. All I got was a welcome email and an email giving me my account password and info. Is there other steps I have to do to get it?
Hey Stanley! Welcome to the Insider Club. You’re automatically enrolled as a tackle tester. We usually release the month’s free tackle around the 15th of every month. So be on the lookout for an email from us this week!
I do not recieve the tackle tester emails… I checked my spam folder as well. How do you find it on The website?
I don’t get the tackle test emails. Any ideas?

I do see that you received the email from January’s Tackle Tester on 1/21/24, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it was routed there based on your email account settings . Watch out for February’s email which is scheduled to be sent out on 2/14. If you do not receive it, please email us at fish@saltstrong.com as we are happy to help!
