Otis had his first legit chance to actually catch a fish in this video… and it was hilarious: https://www.saltstrong.com/articles/shortcut-to-catching-redfish-snook/

Thanks for the candid feedback. This entire company (and all of the free tips like this that we provide) is financially supported by the Salt Strong Community Membership dues. So we unfortunately can’t leave out the importance of joining because that would surely lead to a collapse of the entire operation (including the free tips like this that we provide almost every day).

Most importantly, the Salt Strong Insider Community the absolute best platform for anyone who loves inshore fishing to learn the best strategies and to stay informed of the latest feeding zone trends for maximizing their fish catching performance, so we’d be doing everyone who has not yet tried it out a disservice by not mentioning it.

And we stand behind its value by offering everyone a 365-day 100% satisfaction guarantee, so everyone has more than enough time to see their improved results before the sale is final (if only every company stood behind their products like that).

Seeing that you have enjoyed our free YouTube videos, I highly recommend giving the Community a try because the private video tips are 1000% better than what is covered in YouTube videos.

I do that to make sure that the fish has fully recovered from the fight… that is the simplest (and most fun) way to test for how strong they are before releasing them back.

Carefully place the fish back into the water and letting it bite onto your thumb until it swims away on it’s own. I’ve seen this same type of release procedures on many of your videos. Can you explain why you do this? Thanks!
