Thanks Luke. Any idea of a production date on the rod. I also see on the TFO website every single model of their Made in USA Blue Bight is sold out. Good for them!

Yes, that is a prototype rod that I recently started testing (7’6″ medium power fast action).

The Blue Bight rods have a softer tip than most of TFO’s other rods, so I think the medium power one will be a good fit for you if you like their other ML rods.

What is that rod with the Winn Grips you were fishing with first? Is it a new Salt Strong prototype? Would be interested in what you are trying for? Is it another medium-light fast action rod? Are you ever going to offer the TFO Blue Bight in their 7’6″ ML version?
