Nice walk through, thanks Joe.
Still find it hard to engage the app.
Yea these new features are great if you live in part of a state that has a firm bottom like sand but here in northeast fl jacksonville area goodluck with that considering our icw and st John’s river and its tributaries are about at least 90 percent mud bottom and I know I have tried wade fishing around here and yes there are a few places one van wade fish but that’s the key word FEW and far between I tried looking foe some on the spots app with the new features and it even said a couple but were extremely small and were in parks but I also know that any you find will be and are pretty crowded now the private property feature on the app lit up like a Christmas tree but why would anyone want to look at that considering its obvious that no one can fish it unless your either invited or own that property the only other reason I guess you put the private property features on the app was to make sure people don’t accidently try and fish an ares that they think is public but is really private anyways great idea just not so much where i kive and fish besides I don’t wade very much anyways and that’s OK because I LOVE my skiff and that works for me thanks for the info anyway and as always all you do👍😀
Another nice feature may be to highlight public parks. Normally all public parks have public parking and built to be fishing friendly.
I believe all public parks should be listed in this filter. Let me know if you see some that aren’t
I was looking for a button that would just highlight parks. The reason being is if I was wanting to go to Galveston, Tx and didn’t want to take the risk of just going to a piece of public land not knowing anything about the area I would just click a button that highlighted parks and make that a first fishing spot. My hope would be finding a public park that had a hot spot in it.
